Double-hand Poker is a modern game with old origins. Built on the ancient Chinese tile game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker combines the east with the wild west in a wonderful game for new players.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler vs. the casino, not like nearly all other poker games that gamblers play with other gamblers. By playing against the dealer, new players do not have to worry about other, more advanced gamblers taking their mulla.

An additional Pai Gow advantage is the fairly leisurely game pace, novices are able to take their time and plan without needing to make quick decisions.

It’s also simpler to participate in for an extended time with just a tiny bit of cash after all, to not win, both of your hands must be under both of the casino’s hands.

Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the normal 52-card common deck and a single joker. The player is dealt seven cards faces showing and the house receives seven cards faces hidden.

One 5 card hand and one 2 card hand have to be made from the 7 cards dealt, the five card hand must be stronger than the 2 card hand. To succeed, a player needs both of his hand values to be higher than the dealer’s.
